glen can tie his own shoes again.
Glen Bedingfield joined 24 Hour Fitness as a Christmas present to his daughters. At the time, he was in his 60s , out of shape and starting to develop health problems. In his words, “To tell the truth, I couldn’t hardly bend down to tie my own shoes anymore.” Glen started working out regularly, and surprised himself by finding a community in 24 Hour Fitness. He says the trainers teased him, “Glen, you stay here more than we do.” His results? He lost 90 pounds and “my blood pressure is that of a 16 year old...My doctor said I was the most significantly improved patient he’d ever seen.”
