Feeling much better

My story starts off like this; I graduated from high school and let myself go. I would go to the gym for weeks at a time, but I could never do it consistently. I'm 5'5'' and I ballooned up to 270 pounds. I was having trouble sleeping with apnea, and honestly felt that my life wasn't going to go past 40. One day in April of 2009 I decided that I wanted a change. I changed everything about my life. I stopped doing the whole fast food thing and I changed the things I ate, the way I dressed, and most importantly I started working out. I started running one mile every morning and then would go work out after work with either swimming or the eliptical or bike, but always something. I started losing weight, by August I had lost 65 pounds. No lap band, o band, or any band, just good old fashioned working out and correct eating. I am now down to 160 lbs and still trying to lose a couple here and there. If it wasn't for 24 hour fitness and different aspects of the website I wouldn't be where I'm at today.
