building muscle... and confidence!
I joined 24 hour fitness at the end of April 2009 and have been learning to work with the weights. I work out a 4 to 5 day split and am totally hooked! I'm so excited to see my progress and love the community of fitness! My start weight was 128 lbs at 5' 10" and I now weigh in at 151 lbs!!!
I'm super happy with my results and look forward to even more progress!
