my 1st trainer will move to Las Vegas permanently :-(

My amazing 1st trainer will be moving to Las Vegas about middle of May 2009. She will be leaving Hawaii forever [at least for now or at least for awhile or at least for long time or permanently], but may be back for visit only. She told me that she plan on continue to be personal trainer in Las Vegas. She is excellent in all ways. She is well-rounded -- inside and outside -- brain and body -- mental and physical -- variety in knowledge [smart not just in personal training areas, but other areas, too]. She is smart and intelligence. She is physically fit [lean and tone]. She is brave. She is family minded. She is overall amazing person, mentor, trainer, group x instructor, dancer, and facial/make-up artist. I really beyond sad that I will lose her forever [at least for now], at least as my regular personal trainer and in person. But, she do not mind that we continue to keep-in-touch. That's make me feel better. I hope to continue to keep-in-touch with her regularly, and not lose contact -- may be as friend or at least as one of her favorite client at 24 hour fitness at Kapiolani location in Honolulu, Hawaii. Plus, I told my close friend about it. and he agree to go to visit her in the future with me. he told me that not too many reason that he would not -- something like that. that's also make me feel better. therefore, my friend and I do plan to visit her in the future.

If anyone in Las Vegas area and belong to 24 Hour Fitness interest in begin personal training session/sessions or change personal trainer. My advice is to give her a chance or chances to meet you, train you, get to know you, and more -- you might want to be open minded, be possitive, be willing to learn, do practice the best you can [hopefully correctly the way she taught to you], ... . I have almost no regret to have her as my trainer and beyond. Only thing that I regret for choosing her as my trainer ----- for now she no longer be my trainer :-(((((( -- that's only regret I have about this. No one can replace her. She is unique, special, caring, and different in the many good ways. I really not looking forward to lossing her forever, at least as my regular personal trainer and see her regularly at the gym that I belong to and hear her advices/comments/motivations/corrections/pushes/... while I practices on my own [occassionally she did this, not a lot] and sometimes she seems to have eyes behind her back and on the side of her head because she mentioned to me what to improve while I practice on my own and while she train another client [she did this occasionally, not all the times] and I take her class on my day off [this area of the message I wrote prior to May 18, 2009]. I am missing all these and a lot more when she gone. She is simply amazing in all ways. Eventhrough, she will put me with knowledgeable 2nd trainer at my gym. I still would more than 100% would like my 1st trainer to be my trainer or combination of these 2 trainers per week. However, I do understand her reason of leaving this location and Hawaii. I am not mad at her. Just more than 100% disappointment at myself.

when I was in university. i had private lessons 2 or more times per week year-around and total of wonderful 3 coaches for recreational gymnastics, to get more variety and learn more about gymnastics--in addition to regular CSUF gymnastic PE classes that offer every fall and spring semaster by unbelievable [in good ways] Professor M. Kelley. they all excellent, but I never feel like this when I have to move-on to the next coach or done with it. However, my last private gymnastic lesson was with a coach at World Star Gymnastic in Camarillo. He is excellent as a coach and gymnast and dancer. my 1st trainer have been more than just trainer to me. She do it because she want to and I know for sure she train me because she wants to [not because she have to] and she cares -- it's shown when she did it while I cannot afford my training and extra outside my training sessions with her and outside her classes.

I have to stop before I start to cry again. i am at lunch time at work. crying is not good at work place. i most likely will cry more at home [I wrote this area before may 18, 2009]

again, my advice to anyone in las vegas and 24 hour fitness member and interest in personal trainning -- give her chance ---- She is simply amazing

By away -- she was also teached boxing class and lift classes in Hawaii. Plus, boot camp class with other trainers one per month [that's what it is at kapiolani location in hawaii] -- keep eye open for her for that, too. Plus, she may be teaching latin dance/zumbaIf classes, along with other classes or just zumba classes/class in the future--keep eye open for that, too. anyone interest or like or would like to try these classes. It possible that she may be teach these or other classes at the 24 hour fitness location in las vegas area. Keep your eye open for her for these. It is possible that she may be or may not teaching classes. It's depends on many things -- such as: may include her schedule -- or/and other reason/reasons......

She may be continue with freelance facial/make-up artist for Philosophy brand in Las Vagas area. So, keep your eye open for her for that too. It's possible that she may or may not continue with it over in Las Vegas area, too.

She is amazing person, trainer, dancer [her favorite is latin dances; but I think she good at other dance styles, too], group x instructor [such as: Lift classes], make-up/facial artist, and much more.

I consider whoever she train and come in contact with her are very lucky -- past, current, and future

take care

to my #1 favorite/Ms. Amazing -- thank you for everything. I always appreciate everything you done for me as my [former] trainer and beyond, especially when I can not afford training and attended my college graduation and a lot more. Especially, I know you do it because you want to and because you care. thank you for willing to keep-in-touch after you leave. Hopefully, we continue to keep-in-touch and not lose contact. I hope to visit you in the future or you visit Hawaii [let me know when you come -- for we can hang-out (if you do not mind), because I do not want to miss it, thanks]. I hopefully, we will keep-in-touch & communicate regularly and continuously via emails or/and text messages or/and regular mails or/and pictures or/and gifts or/and visits or/and phones or/and myspace or/and etc.

good luck and take care...

your currently former cliente at Kapiolani Location, Honolulu, Hawaii, March 2007 through May-2-2008, TwinkleToes [name comes from a group of little gymnast that I used to coached at CSUF recreational program -- long time ago -- they are very outstanding behaviors, leaders, rule followers, respects, teamwork, determine, etc., but their strengths are not really in gymnastics, their strengths are in who they are and how they do things and how they present it and something like that]

very sad to lose you, at least as my trainer and attend your class on my day off and see you around gym and in person and etc.

but I understand your reason

please keep-in-touch

thank you

Goodness, I'm sure she moved for the best. It's another opportunity for her. You can always go visit her like you plan. You make it seem like she passed away. She'll be ok and I'm sure she'll miss you too.
