Vanesh Chanana’s story begins two and a half years ago, when, he says, “I had been through a long period of depression, was drinking heavily, and started to get stomach and health problems.” He decided he needed to change things, so he joined 24 Hour Fitness and got a trainer. He started working out every day and subscribed to an e-mail newsletter that provided him with healthy recipes from 24 Hour Fitness. The results speak for themselves: he’s lost over 80 pounds, and he still works out every day.

That's awesome to hear! I go to 24HOur Fitness for the same reason. The physical benefits are a great side affect besides the fact that working out releives stress like nothing else. Keep up the great work.
